Abstract

Based on the premise that there are deep connections between what is known as criminal Constitution and criminal justice system in every society, the aim of this paper is to analyze the concept and the main areas of application of the theory of positive general prevention or Prevention by integrating and to present the discussion about the roles this may play in this context. Finally, it presents a stance on its content from the perspective of criminal constitution.
