Abstract

The present contribution is not intended to provide an approximation to the continuous commission of a felony in a constructive key, given it in literal terms. This means that it does not seeks to ratify or to offer a connection criteria which will aloud to identify an hypothesis to the continuous commission of a felony. Our goal says relationship with identifying the problems that the role that such elements are called to face within the problematic cases that deals with this institution, based on the objectives that seem to inspire it. It is concluded after the contrast that the continuous commission of a felony seeks to channel a multiplicity of interests and that the unawareness of this diversity has influenced negatively, and decisively, in its capacity of performance to offer acceptable solutions regarding the problems which seeks to resolve, assuming the task of proposing a basic concept that tends to neutralize this effect.

Francisco Maldonado Fuentes, Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Abogado. Doctor en Derecho. Profesor e Investigador de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad de Talca.
