Automation, work, and protection: On technological dismissal in Chile

Abstract

This research proposes a systematic and critical study of automation as a justification for the termination of the employment contract and its effects, focusing on its regulatory framework, dogmatic development and jurisprudential response regarding its legality and legal scope in the Chilean legal system.
