Abstract
This paper describes a research project on teachers' perception of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in secondary education, and the changes generated in such perception when exposed to experiences of interaction with tools belonging to Web 2.0. The research was traced as a qualitative process involving a preliminary diagnostic, followed by a teacher training process on web 2.0 tools, their limitations and applicability in the context of teaching, and finally a process of identifying the changes in these conceptions as a result of the above mentioned. Interesting and relevant considerations arise in relation to the modernization of educational practices related to changes in the role of teachers and learners, which approached from the planning processes, guidance and moderation, to the dynamics of participation and interaction.
