Towards a model to evaluate the training of technicians in higher education

Abstract
This paper describes the theoretical aspects which guide the search of a model to evaluate the training of technicians in higher education in Chile, and presents the method to obtain a set of indicators for its pertinence, considering two main dimensions: the internal efficiency of the training process and its external productivity.
