Permanent training and innovation in pedagogical practices in Primary School teachers

Abstract
This article aims mainly at providing the construction process of the social knowledge about the Abroad Training Program with a descriptive and comparative view. It also deals with the use fulness this could have for the professional development of primary school teachers in the country. In fact, this study weighs the impact of such program upon one of the teacher's modifiable professional competence, namely, the innovation in pedagogical practices.
