Pedagogical Residency Program and Service learning: conversations about Physical Education Teacher Education in Brazil

Abstract
This paper aimed to analize the experience of Pedagogical Residency Program in the Center of Physical Educatiton and Sport at University Federal of Espírito-Santo. It’s a government initiative in the field of Teacher Education in Brazil, including Physical Education. After the introduction, the article describes in details that experience. In methodological terms, the article is characterized as experience report. The last section, that is conclusive, highlights similarities between Pedagogical Residency Program and Service Learning.
