Methodological procedure for the integration of Information Technologies and their evaluation by means of a quasi-experiment

Abstract

The objective of this pedagogical research was to elaborate a methodological procedure for the integration of Information Technologies to the teaching-learning process of subjects in pedagogical careers and to evaluate the effect of its implementation. For this purpose, a pedagogical experiment was carried out in its quasi-experiment variant with a control group and an experimental group and the design with pre-test and post-test. The methods used to measure the dependent variable were documentary analysis and survey. The results of the study showed a significant change in favor of the experimental group, where teachers and students frequently use a variety of computer tools, managing to systematically and systematically integrate these technologies into the teaching- learning process. The Mann-Whitney U non-parametric statistical test corroborated the level of significance of the results achieved in the experimental group after applying the methodological procedures.
