Abstract

The documentary analysis of the Literature Workshop syllabus, has a dual purpose: on the one hand, to describe the main features that delineate the concept of workshop in this differentiated training programme and, on the other, to unveil the didactic challenges for teachers in the implementation of this curricular proposal. The main results of the categorical analysis reveal the idea of the workshop as an instance for socialising literary reading experiences and as a process of practice. It is concluded that in this subject the workshop functions as a device for socialising reading experiences, implying as a challenge the role of the teacher as an expert reader.
