Abstract

The implementation of remote education due to the health crisis has meant a sudden change in the educational dynamics, which has had an impact on the student population in a situation of illness, users of hospital pedagogy. An exploratory and descriptive analysis of the perception of family members (N=251) of hospital pedagogy users is proposed through a questionnaire. The participants express positive and negative evaluations of remote education, and an indication of correlation is found between the coordination of the school-family with the satisfaction of the educational process (r=.412; p=<.001). Even so, most students prefer to return to the face-to- face educational modality.
