Abstract

This study aims to get to know the main trends in academic production about the relationship between Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and school Physical Education. Was carried a narrative systematic review of the specialized scientific literature published in databases in Spanish, English and Portuguese between the years 2006-2022. Atlas.ti software was used to perform the descriptive analysis and axial coding. The results show that the research can be categorized into three main elements: ICT uses and applications in Physical Education, theoretical approaches to ICT in school Physical Education, and COVID-19 and Physical Education in E-learning mode. The analyzed investigations can be read as an invitation to use ICT from a pedagogical perspective in the Physical Education class for promoting the integral formation of the students.
