The facets of school dropout from the reflection with teachers of upper middle level

Abstract
School dropout is a phenomenon that negatively impacts the lives of students who suffer from it and their families, the current challenge of the school and teachers is focused on how to achieve the permanence of students and build a successful school journey. This research aims to rescue and assess the opinion of the teachers of the Colegio de Bachilleres, Chiapas in Mexico, about the causes of school dropout and the strategies for its permanence, through a qualitative methodology, investigating from the experiences that teachers have. The results achieved reveal school dropout as a sensitive problem, where there is an irruption that transcends the family and the school institution, requiring a set of strategies based on an intervention of the teacher through relationships of will and trust with students at risk to achieve permanence.
